About This Session

Being Emotionally Intelligent (EI), understanding your own emotions and the emotions of the people around you, is an essential leadership skill. Learn the five critical EI elements and how to manage and use them throughout a real estate transaction, confidently leading clients through a home search to a home close. All Sessions will be aired in Eastern Standard Time Zone. Sessions will be on-demand on the virtual platform within 24 hours after the original airing time for 90 days after the event.
